Congratulations to Nick and Jennifer, our TIGERs of the Week for May 8 – 12.
Nick Haffley – Boys Golf
Nick has been the top golfer on a deep Tiger boys golf team all season. He has finished in the top 10 in all 5 invitationals we have played in, and top 5 in 3 of those. He has demonstrated tenacity in every round, by overcoming any adversity he has faced. He has grown as a player, exemplifying patience and effort. He has earned the respect of all, including opposing players and coaches. Nick puts in hours of work to improve his game, and in the process has made his teammates better as well.
Jennifer Schommer – Girls Track and Field
Jennifer works hard to achieve her goals. She is one of the team’s top performers in several events and has led the team in meet points due to her all-around effort and ability. She is an excellent leader and shows respect to her teammates, coaches and opponents.
