Early childhood screening is a free check of how your 3-year old is growing, developing, and learning. All Minnesota children are required to be screened before entering Kindergarten.
What to Bring to Screening:
- Names and phone numbers of your child’s doctors
- Your child’s immunization record
- Questions or concerns you have about your child’s growth and development
