The Food Service Department loves cooking celebratory meals for our students and the students love being served by surprise guests. Thursday’s meal consisted of local sirloin roasts from Eden Valley and organic potatoes from Halstad, oven-roasted brussels sprouts, a dinner roll, dessert, and milk. Our local procurement continues, even in these cold and dark months, to include proteins, grains, milk, apples, potatoes, carrots and whatever we preserved over the summer months. The Nutrition Services team is wishing everyone a warm and happy holiday season!
