Cassie Jurgenson – Fall Musical
Cassie was stellar in her role as Miss Adelaide in the fall musical performance of “Guys and Dolls”.
She always goes above and beyond to give her best performance. More than once, when a prop was left on stage during a show, Cassie went out of her way to pick it up while staying in character and making it look like it was meant to be that way. She is always respectful of her fellow cast mates and directors. She encourages her fellow cast mates to give their best. Her performance is consistently solid and very entertaining. She works hard and it shows.
Josh Butler – Fall Musical
Josh played Nicely Nicely Johnson, a male lead role, in the fall musical. Over the course of the previous 3 months, Josh has stood out while on stage. He has consistently worked incredibly hard on all of the dance, vocal, and talking parts and has stolen the stage. If I hadn’t known, I would have thought Josh had been on stage since a young age, but with this being his first musical he has done exceptionally well. During the course of the musical, Josh has been a great performer taking constructive criticism and getting better every rehearsal and has had a positive attitude. Throughout the first 3 performances he has been exceptionally grateful and humble when audience members have approached him to compliment his performance.
