MSBA (Minnesota School Board Association) will offer a free “Running for School Board” webinar noon Wednesday, June 24.
The webinar will cover basics such as how to file for the board, reasons to serve on the board — and reasons not to serve on a board, job duties of school boards, and how boards function as a team.
The webinar recording will be available on the MSBA website.
The filing period for School Board candidates is from July 28 and ends August 11.
