The USDA has extended the nationwide waiver of congregate feeding requirements for Summer Feeding in order to minimize potential exposure to COVID-19. Due to this extension Hutchinson Schools will continue to bulk pack to-go meals for students during Summer Feeding.
A new meal order form needs to be submitted for each pick up day. There will be no home deliveries for Summer Feeding. Free meals are available to all children ages 18 and under in the Hutchinson Community. Order forms are sent out via email to current student contacts on Fridays and Tuesdays. If you do not have a student in the school District but would still like to order meals, please visit our District website and click on the scrolling article about the Child Meal Order Form. The form is also available on our Facebook Page – Hutchinson Public Schools.
Locations for meal pick up:
-Park Elementary 11:00 am-12:00 pm Mondays and Wednesdays (back of school in bus lane)
-Hutchinson Middle School 11:15 am-12:15 pm Mondays and Wednesdays (back of the school at door 13)
Many entree items will be delivered frozen.
